Our first sponsored event got many kids moving and building their confidence in Burbank, CA over the summer.
In true peer-to-peer fashion and style, my good 11 year-old friends, Janelle (seen to the left and right) and Bobby (both hip-hop dance and choreography extraordinaires), led and taught a weekly gathering group of youngsters the latest and greatest hip-hop moves. Several dance studios around Universal City, CA hosted this explosive duo who actually chose to give back a portion of their proceeds to Joe's World Foundation. Understanding and giving began early with these two special people and we all (I was a student, too!) are so grateful to them for sharing their talent and expertise.

Although classes were booming, they recently came to a halt since school started and one of the instructors, Bobby, got a big part in an upcoming movie...congrats, Bobby! : )
