I wish you all the best at the Kansasfest. I will be with you in spirit. I love my GS. GS forever! . %/G
I'm here, its great, but I just can't wait for BITE THE BAG! After its over, I'll see everyone in '97.
I hope you're all having a blast at KFest '96! I wish I could be there again, I miss it already.
Missed it again - maybe next year.
Man I miss the IIGS. Haven't got any El Macro payments lately?! I still wonder what happened to Bill Budge and Nasir Gebelli. Have fun, doug
Hope everyone is having fun at kfest. wish I was there again.
You weren't kidding about needing Netscape 2.0 or better! I was rather amazed to see that I could not view the images with my present browser. What is so special about the images that you can't use a format viewable by more browsers? I guess I won't be coming back any time soon.
Busy working on our game... Btw, how about uploading a photo of "sweet" Patty Westerfield? :-)
My Apple //e is sitting right next to my Apple IIGS which is sitting right next to my Power Macintosh 8100/80. I guess you might say I'm an Apple fan. Oh, and by the way, my Mac Plus is up in my mother-in-law's attic right next to my Apple III.

I'm the other half of the Merry0 Trolls team. If Ace tells me to 'fix it' one more time, I'm going to be REALLY EEEVVIL.
One of these days, I'm going to get to a KFest. Please, just keep having them! My RamFAST died just about the time KFest started. I think it's mad at me. PS - can't wait for that quickdraw/SS patch. These icons are HUGE!!!
This is so cool -- definitely have to do this again next year. Yea, PowerGS 6 will be out by then (hopefully)
Apple II forever greetings from Santa Clara California. Sorry I couldn't make it again this year, but the pictures bring back fond memories/nightmares of previous KansasFests. At least at home I can get a full 8 hours of sleep and not be worried that I might miss something at 2am. I look forward to reading the reports of those who did attend.

watching Joe Kohn get roasted was fun :) really fun. I'll come back later and write more.. (in two weeks, Joe ;) (in otherwords, when Bill gets those HP drivers for PSGS done ;)
I came, I saw, I was conquered... It's true, you don't get any sleep here! The concentration of Apple II freaks has to be seen to be believed. I shall return....

I'm back at work after returning from Kfest. As always, I had a great time. Auri, my co-workers here in Oklahoma want to see a picture of me at Kfest here. Do you have one other than the picture where I was eating lunch? I can't wait to return for Kfest '97!
Would have given my Mac Portable to have been there... ;-)

I just want to say that I own and use two Apple IIGS's. They are great machines and I'm really glad there are still people out there that own, use and love their Apple //'s! II Infinitum!
Perhaps next year I will stop by with my GS running at 20Mhz :)
I came (again). I saw (and liked it). It truly is an amazing experience! You must join us if at all possible. It's an Apple ][ overload that will last about 364 days (till the next KFest...). Actually, I miss KFest as soon as I leave... Till next year... Apple ][ Forever! Apple "community" even longer!!!
K'fest '92 was an experience I wouldn't have missed for anything. K'fest '93 onwards I missed for lack of several thousand dollars for the Pacific airfare! Wish I'd been there, people! B-(
I'm sorry that I couldn't make it this year, (again!). Maybe next year....
Great Site Auri! Sure brings back memories of my previous trips. I'm planning already to be back in 1997. Hey Peter, join Richard and I on QF12 from Sydney on 27th July? Either that or fly into NY and get a lift in the Columbia Shuttle with Dave Ciotti. Auri, if you'd like Kfest disks from previous years let me know.
I'm taking my GS with me to college!
(sigh) I wish I had been able to go to Kfest 96.. But hey- Hopefully there'll be a Kfest 97, and I'll be there! :)
Un petit bonjour en passant a tous les AppleManiaks du monde. Apple][ infinitum.

YEEEEEEEEA !! I love you! Peace ! From Japan. Takuma
Love the Apple II- thanks, WOZ!
Can't wait for KF 97! As I have never been, I'm looking forward to it. ][+,//c, //gs
I ran the first Apple //GS BBS called the "Weekend Warrior". Ah, the days of dependable software - gone by.
I've been using my IIgs for years and I LOVE IT(them) I have three IIgs' in my home. IIgs FOREVER. ESPO
Well, my latest IIgs is actually 64 gs's in parallel running 65832's in push-pull / parallel.... Runs cool at 220 Mhz, right in the middle of the 1 1/4 mtr. ham band so I can monitor in before the FCC seizes it. Graphics are nice, a paltry 1078 x 800 right now with 12 bit depth, but I'm expanding. I Really enjoy this site, not too much on the ol' GS anymore. If you want my emulator (that runs on a single 65802 and uses ORCA/M (t.m.) assby. language., call. Sad to say, I really haven't used the ORCA program since '87. -- 3d0g, forever. ---
Q: Why is a bird when it flys? A: Because the higher it goes one of it's legs is both the same.

It's very cool. Well, That's all, if you have anymore kinda "inside" info you could give me on how you invented the Apple with Steve Jobs, it would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks!! And again, Great site!!

Thanks Woz for a wonderful talk last year at MacHack! BTW, my parents are still using their Apple II+ and are quite content. Simple is good.

Hello WOZ I4m writing you rom acountry far away (austria) (europe). I hope you will read this ! I4m a Fan of you and your work! You are the best!!
nice site!
Great work......
keep up the good work
Thank you for the Mac!!!!!!!!!!!! The best computers of the past, the present and the future!
Hello, to the reader of this letter. I have some wonderful ideas for new technologies! Such as, ANTICIPATION, software , that based on your moods (uses some video technology to recognize facial expressions), will actually say, set up the computer to play music that will help you to feel happy. Alright maybe that's stupid, but how about this? Holographic computers (IT's possible!) (I think.) Example of a HoloComp This inverted section is a mirror, that curves inward, around the ring of this "bowl", is some sort of thin projection material, that projects into the bowl, thus creating a hologram! What it's uses are, are up to YOU! \/ |\________/| | | | | | | Oh, by the way, if you design this, please write to me at jensenke@uvsc.edu. Address the e-Mail, as: DEAR Brandon Jensen, I am very interested in more detailed design specs for your HoloComp Computer! {Fill in this area with your message.} CLOSE BY SAYING: With Regards, (your name) ,(your address), (your phone #),(your e-mail) PS. It is my opinion, that the HoloComp be cylendrical in shape.
Staring at that red ring moving back and forth... at the top of this webpage... is making me sea sick... uhnggg
My the Force get Darth Gates.
Here are a few of my infamous quotes... "iMac, therefore iAm" "To Mac, or not to Mac, why is that a question?" "Once you go MAC, you never go BACK!" "Say it LOUD, I use MAC and I'm PROUD!" "MicroShaft Winblows '69"
Hi, I hope this is the right place to post this. Like everyone here, I've been reading about Woz for years and the AppleIIe was my first computer and I just loved it. The stories have been so interesting, and out of all the characters, Woz is the best guy out there. It's very impressive that you're teaching right now instead of trying to cash in as much as possible on your fame and abilities. You really understood that money isn't the road to happiness, and I just wanted to say thank you for bringing us the Apple and the way you teach by example. Although most people are ignoring your message, it isn't lost for those who learn it. I wish you the best of luck. One final thought. I saw bits and pieces of the tnt show pirates of silicon valley last night. It was really tough to watch because it was so poorly done and unrealistic in parts, but the little bit I saw about the Woz seems to ring true. Best of Luck and keep up the good work, Joe.
?
as a child, I always made the sound mmmbork. so I looked it up on the web and found it on the kansasfest guest book. does mmmbork really mean anything? thanks! --da
